Order Processing Time
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days after they are placed. This time frame includes order verification, quality control, and packaging. Orders placed before 5 PM (EST) will begin processing that same day.
Please note that we cannot ship to multiple addresses for a single order. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order receives a tracking number, it means it has been processed and is on its way to you. Should there be any unexpected delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Estimated Delivery Time: 1-3 business days. Please note that unexpected delays may occur in rare cases.
Shipping time refers to how long it takes for your package to travel from our warehouse to your delivery location. From the moment your payment is confirmed, your package should arrive within 2-10 business days. While we set this range to account for any delays, most orders will reach you well within the maximum delivery window.

    Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

    Lost or Damaged Packages
    If you haven’t received your package by the end of the maximum estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at [email protected]. We will arrange for a replacement shipment.
    If your package arrives damaged, please refuse to accept it, take photos of the damage, and contact our customer service team at [email protected]. We will send a replacement as soon as possible.
